Summer Day, Fisgard Lighthouse
Oil on canvas 30 x 60

Last summer I spent time exploring the area around Fort Rodd Hill. On this particular day I was struck by the soft golden light cast on the beach and grasses in the foreground. The lighthouse stood as a beacon with its bold red tones illuminated against the soft palette. – Mary-Jean Butler

In 2007, Angela and her husband, Ryan took on a new adventure, merging talents to create A&R Jewellery. Moving to Creston, B.C. their Silversmithing studio was born in their hillside house, across from vineyards and orchards. Inspired by the mountain vistas and rocky shores of the valley’s lakes, A&R Jewellery has evolved and transformed, almost instinctively with the changing of the seasons.
