“These earrings are part of the MoonPearl Series. I took the idea of the ‘hand of the maker’, and combined it with the notion of a pearl’s home – the shell. On first glance, the individual sterling elements seem to be shells. They are, in fact, hand-fabricated elements, molded in wax and then cast in sterling silver. Their texture is that of fingerprints: crafted by the hands of the maker, presented in an elegant slight curve.” – Dorothée Rosen
