Hindsight is 2020 by Janis Woode
“In looking back on the year 2020, one thing comes to mind, aren’t we all so glad to put it behind us. All of the inconveniences, rules and regulations. A year of face masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing and self isolation. Oh and of course, complaining. But like any bad vacation, I have a feeling when we reminisce about the terrible year Covid hit, there will be stories of how crazy it was in the beginning and how we managed to navigate an unprecedented time in history. There will be stories of losing loved ones and that will be hard.
I know we aren’t out of the woods just yet, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. It has been a year of learning, for sure. May we never again take our visits for granted and may we once again hug until the cows come home.” – Janis Woode
